The Library hosts varied programming throughout the year to further our mission of supporting the campus community.
Library 101: Undergraduate Information Literacy Certificate Program
Learn about the research tools and resources you will need on your academic journey and make the most out of the Library in this workshop program. We offer programming on topics like search techniques, specialized software, and fake news! Registration is required, and if you attend at least five sessions, you will receive a certificate signed by the Chief Librarian.
Library 501: Advanced Workshops for Graduate Students
We also offer workshops on advanced research topics for graduate students and faculty. Learn how to use advanced statistical software, data scraping and visualization techniques, and more!
Liaison librarians are also available to teach library workshops tailored to your course assignments and learning outcomes. Contact your liaison librarian to discuss your needs and arrange for an instructional session!
Our staff and volunteers regularly host tours of Library spaces and services. Contact us to discuss your needs and arrange a tour today!
We host regular events to help students relax and take a break from their academic stress. Play some board games, get to know our therapy dogs, or learn a new skill — all our events are free!
