Summary

Attendance Tracking System (ATS) is a tool for anyone on campus who needs to take attendance safely and efficiently. ATS can be used for events where a guest list is enforced or for informal drop-in events where everyone is welcome. Faculty and Staff at UTM already use ATS for term tests, lecture attendance, and drop-in workshops.

This tool allows staff members to safely and easily manage attendance for any type of event without using paper. ATS offers an easy-to-use administrator side for creating events, adding guest lists and downloading results. The scanning side can be used on any device including phones, tablets and laptops. Administrators can grant scanning privileges to scanning assistants and are able to monitor results during the event in real time.

Staff and faculty can use ATS for free on their own devices.

If you have an accommodation need for this meeting due to a disability, please email Simone Laughton at simone.laughton@utoronto.ca and we will do our best to make appropriate arrangements.
