Booking a Calendar Appointment

To book an appointment (such as an office hour) through Quercus that is offered by your instructor: 

1. Select Calendar from the Global Menu.

2. Check to see if course calendar is active in your Quercus profile

This is done by ensuring that the square next to the course name is coloured in.  If it is not, click on the box to activate the calendar. 

 

3. Select the Find Appointment button.

4. Select the Course (where you would like to set up the appointment) from the dropdown menu, and then click the Submit button.

5. Select one of the available timeslots from the Calendar.

6. Enter any comments in the Comments box (if applicable), and select Reserve.

Click on Close under Appointments to finish

The booking will now appear in your calendar. To review the details of your appointment, click on it in the calendar.

Depending on the settings your professor has applied, you may be able to reserve an addition time slot. 

If you are only able to sign-up for one time slot, you can change your booking by clicking on the time slot you want instead. In the pop-up box, click on Reschedule.

If you wish to cancel the appointment, click on the booking in your calendar to open it, and then select Un-reserve.
