The U of T Mississauga Library offers large format poster size printing to all University of Toronto Faculty, Staff, and Students, in the Astra Zeneca Canada Centre for Information and Technology. Prices vary depending on type of paper:
Printing is charged based on area (square-footage) and quality/grade of media. Payment can be made at the Information and Loans desk by Debit card, Credit Card, or through a University of Toronto Departmental (CC/CFC) account. Poster-sized printing services are available only with the assistance of trained library staff, between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Before sending a poster to us for printing, please:
- proofread your poster. We do not offer free second printings in case of typos discovered afterwards.
- consider using white or light backgrounds. While dark backgrounds may look great on a computer screen, dark colours may not translate well to paper due to the amount of ink used.
- check the size of the poster. Our plotter can only cover 60" on any side. At least one side, must be 60" or less.
- save your poster in Powerpoint or PDF format.
We do not offer lamination services or do 11 x 17 printing
Please bring in your poster no later than 24 hours before it is needed. We cannot guarantee last minute or "just in time" printing!
